Finalized the acquisition by PLC S.p.A. of the majority of the share capital of Schmack Biogas S.r.l.

Bolzano, January 17, 2020 – On January the 16th the acquisition by PLC S.p.A. was finalized. (“PLC”), through a capital increase of 51% of the share capital of Schmack Biogas S.r.l., a company with registered office in Bolzano, operating in the design, development, construction and maintenance of biogas plants, as provided for in the investment agreement signed last December 19th.
With the completion of Operation Schmack, PLC enhances its presence in the renewable supply chian, entering the Italian and European biogas and biomethane markets as a multi-technology operator on an international scale.
