Prw-s: the mixing system for plants with a slab roof
The Prw-s is a large vertical paddle agitator and is designed for plants with a cement slab roof. In fact, it is assembled on the outside, so that the mechanical parts are inside the fermenter, thus facilitating maintenance operations.
The number of revolutions and the power absorbed may be adjusted thanks to the control unit, thus guaranteeing reduced electricity self-consumption.
Its slow and continuous operation is suitable for all types of substrate and guarantees proper mixing, gentle enough to respect the needs of methanogenic bacteria, but also sufficient to prevent the formation of floating layers or sediments that may inhibit the anaerobic digestion process.
